Select a product range from the drop down menu or from the text links at the bottom of each screen.

On the subsequent page click on any thumbnail or product title to display a larger image and description.

Select the size, colour or fragrance you require from the drop down box & amend the quantity if required. When you have made your selection click the button.

You can continue adding items to your shopping basket, once you are happy with your selection click on at the top/bottom of the screen. You will be taken to a display of the products in your shopping basket.

You can change the quantities or remove any unwanted items from your shopping basket at this point.

Please note: Kaven always tries to send out orders on the day that the order is received, stock permitting.

You can add as many items to your shopping basket as you like.

When your order is complete click the button at the top of any page to display your Shopping Basket.

Select your delivery area from the drop down box - the delivery price is shown next to each country.

Finally choose your method of payment from the drop down box.

Then click on "Click Here to Complete Order - Total Amount: £**.**" button.

You will then be taken to a screen where you will be asked to complete you billing and delivery details. Once you have completed your details click on the ENTER button.

If you are paying by Secure Online Credit Card Transaction, you will be taken to a secure form which will encrypt your credit card details so that they cannot be viewed by any unauthorised person (a padlock or key will be visible, in different areas on Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers). Once you entered credit card details click on AUTHORIZE PAYMENT and your encrytped details will be sent to Kaven and you will be taken to a receipt page, which you can print off for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email of your order. The 'Secure Server' uses a SSL Certificate to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. You can check the SSL certificates validity when you are on the secure page. Click on the thawte certificate logo and a pop up window will display all the certificate details.

If you have selected to telephone Kaven with your credit card details you will then be taken to a screen where you will be asked to complete you billing and delivery details. Once you have completed your details click on the ENTER button and you will be taken to a receipt page, which you can print off for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email of your order. You will then need to call 0118 9303747 with your credit card details.

If you have selected to fax/post Kaven with your credit card details you will then be taken to a screen where you will be asked to complete you billing and delivery details. Once you have completed your details click on the ENTER button and you will be taken to a receipt page, which you can print off for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email of your order. Print this screen and send/fax it through to us: +44 (0)118 9303 751

Paying by credit card online means that your order will be prepared and despatched sooner than the other two methods. So you will be able to enjoy your beauty products that much quicker.

If you have paid for your order by credit card the name that will appear on your statement is Kaven our holding company.
